Loretta Mills joined BBC, Inc. in June 2002 to establish and run the mortgage brokering operations. She has over 30 years of managerial experience in the telecommunications industry. In her role as a Human Resource Manager, she was responsible for thes trict compliance of many state and federal laws and regulations for the fair and equal treatment of employees. She acted as a negotiator between union and management to resolve grievances. Her strong customer service, attention to detail and human relations background make her a natural for this position. Loretta is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and the Nebraska Association of Mortgage Brokers (NEAMB).
