Scott's Bio: Graduate of Northwest Missouri State University BS in Botany, Ecology, Environmental Science, and Environmental Geology. Employed at Muhall's Nursery for over three years. Volunteer with the Douglas/Sarpy County Extension as a Master Gardener. Member of the Omaha chapter of the African Violet Society. Resides in Omaha, NE.

• Turkey roll-up served in tortilla shell garnished with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, chipotle mayonnaise, ala carte marinated tri-colored pasta salad garnished with sliced fresh fruit. Coffee and Iced tea.
